Ties
There are a number of ties worn by members indicating their affiliation to a sub-unit (current and previous) or award bestowed upon the wearer. These include:

Regimental
Dark-blue background fronted with the HAC ribbon in red; for members who have served, or are currently serving, in the HAC Regiment.
Non-Regimental
Dark blue background fronted with diagonal rows of the HAC Short Arms in red; for members who have served in all other regiments/forces.
Sports
Diagonal silver and red stripes interspersed with thin gold and blue stripes; for members who are, or have been, part of a sports club.
Honours
Diagonal blue and red stripes interspersed with thin gold and silver stripes; for members of a sports club who have been specifically nominated for their exceptional contribution to the club.

1 Squadron
Dark blue background fronted by diagonal rows of portcullises in red; for serving or veteran members of 1 Squadron.
2 Squadron
Green background fronted by diagonal rows of The Prince of Wales’s feathers in white; for serving or veteran members of 2 Squadron.
3 Squadron
Dark blue background fronted by diagonal rows of armoured fists clasping a leading staff in gold; for serving or veteran members of 3 Squadron.
Headquarters Squadron
Black background fronted by diagonal rows of crosses of St George in red, edged in white, with a gold lion passant guardant in the centre of the cross; for serving or veteran members of HQ Squadron.
A Battery
Dark blue with the letter “A” in gold over “HAC” in red; for serving or veteran members of A Battery.
Former Sub-Units
B Battery
Dark blue background fronted by red and silver chequerboard squares; for veteran members of the former B Battery.
C Battery
Dark blue background with gothic letter “C” in red; for veteran members of the former C Battery.
G-Locating Battery
Black background fronted by white “G” on green squares; for veteran members of the former G-Locating Battery.
Gun Troop
Dark blue background fronted by diagonal rows of Royal Artillery-style vertical grenade collar dogs in red interspersed with an HAC artillery gun cap badge in gold; for veteran members of the former Gun Troop.
Signal Squadron
Equal stripes of silver and medium blue; for veteran members of the former Signal Squadron.
Purchasing
Members of the HAC may purchase a Regimental, Non-Regimental or Sports tie from the Online Shop, or by contacting the Company Office; Honours ties can only be purchased directly by the Sports Club committees. A selection of current sub-unit ties can be purchased from the Regiment's PRI Shop. Non-members are not able to purchase any HAC ties.
