Overview

The Prince Consort Rooms at the HAC has been refurbished to perfectly suit the needs of conference organisers. With its own entrance through a pretty courtyard, the large space can host up to 480 in a theatre-style, 350 for a dinner and dance and 800 for a drinks reception. Just off the main entrance is a handy room which can be used as an organiser’s office or green room and there is a lovely astro-turfed sun terrace also at your disposal.

As you would expect from a purpose-built conference suite, the Prince Consort Rooms is kitted out with state-of-the-art audio visual equipment which includes an in-built atmospheric lighting system with remote controlled pinspot lighting and LED colour change uplighters – perfect for creating any environment you want, from a presentation or talk to a themed evening of fine dining and entertainment. Our in-house team of technicians know the venue and its facilities inside out so you can trust them to take care of all of your AV needs, giving you the time to concentrate on your delegates.

Location

The Prince Consort Rooms is situated within the HAC and adjoins the estate’s Georgian manor, Armoury House. Our venues are a few minutes’ walk from Moorgate and Old Street tube stations – a fabulous location for City businesses and for delegates arriving from out of town. Despite its central London location, the HAC is unique in that it boasts five acres of beautiful lawns, a feature which gives all guests to our venue a sense of being somewhere with space to think.

Additional Spaces

The adjoining Armoury House has six beautiful spaces which work well as breakout rooms for your conference. If your event requires a large outdoor area for a summer party or team building games, the five-acre Artillery Garden is also available to hire.
