London Concours will be one of the first major events to take place on the HAC grounds since the events industry was struck by the coronavirus pandemic - and it’s one of our favourite events of the year.
In 2020, we were able to host London Concours safely and within government guidelines and our teams worked hard to prevent any compromise on quality or atmosphere - something that London Concours is particularly renowned for.
What is London Concours?
London Concours is a showcase of the world’s most impressive cars. Established in 2017, the event is now one of the UK’s top motoring events, taking place at our five-acre Artillery Garden every year. Now a three-day event, London Concours will return to the Honourable Artillery Company from 8th - 10th June, over which 80 cars will be in attendance from classic collectors to supercars.
A number of hospitality options will be available this year, each designed to fit around a busy work schedule. Whether you’d prefer to join celebrities and media outlets on day one, sip champagne against our impressive garden backdrop on day two or join a supercar panel discussion on day three, there is something for every car lover at London Concours.
VIP Preview Day
The first day of London Concours 2021 is a VIP’s dream. After a breakfast panel discussion on ‘Classics as Investment’, the event will open to the public and judging will begin before Veuve Clicquot provide a sophisticated champagne reception and tasting experience. The afternoon will bring a three-course lunch, time to network, see the cars and enjoy the garden before the presentation of the Class Awards and Best of Show on Tuesday evening. Celebrities and media outlets will be invited to attend the event on day one.
Day one will also host the Design Forum: an opportunity for design heads at Aston Martin, Bentley, Jaguar and McLaren to share their latest automotive creations live on stage and give insight into their creative processes.
Style Edition Day
The Style Edition - Wednesday 9th June - will put a spotlight on design, fashion and luxury with another champagne reception from event partner, Veuve Clicquot, a panel discussion on ‘Luxury in 2021’ and presentation of ‘The Challenger’ award to conclude the evening celebrations. The Style Edition will showcase some of the nation’s finest luxury goods - so dress your best!
Supercar Day
Only on Thursday 10th June - Supercar Day - will the HAC be home to an additional collection of vehicles from Ferrari, Lamborghini and Bugatti - as well as the near 100 cars already in attendance. The breakfast panel discussion will focus on the ‘Changing Face of the Supercar’ before judging will commence. A three-course lunchtime meal will be served alongside Veuve Clicquot’s bar, and celebrity supercar owners will take to the stage to discuss what makes a great supercar.
The awards will conclude the day, where Best Club Car, Best Challenger and Best Supercar winners will be crowned - and what better way to finish than with cocktails at the Concours: an opportunity to meander the lawns as the sun sets, with a cocktail or glass of fizz in hand.
The venue
The Artillery Garden at HAC is a five-acre event space, not only host to London Concours but Premier League and Championship football teams, Saracens, the All Blacks and Barbarians Rugby. As well as a sporting venue, the Artillery Garden is a popular outdoor event space in the heart of the City of London that has been everything from a fairground to a wedding venue.
