The Company

Membership of the Company is open to:

  • serving members of the HAC Regiment or HAC Special Constabulary
  • veteran members of the HAC Regiment, or any other Regular or Reserve armed or police force

Today, approximately 440 members are serving officers, 1650 are HAC veterans and 500 are veterans from other forces. The size and reach of this cohort in commerce, the professions, the military and Parliament ensure the Company maintains influence on behalf of the Regiment within the City and wider society.

By joining, members also enjoy a number of benefits at Armoury House, such as joining our social clubs, use of our bedrooms, discounts on function room hire, access to our business suite, lunch in the Long Room, tickets to Company events and access to the Virgin Active health club. Veteran members are also able to continue to serve by joining the Pikemen & Musketeers or the Light Cavalry.

To join, you must be proposed and seconded by an existing Regimental member. Please download our guide detailing the full list of criteria for applying for membership.

If you have any questions, please contact the Company Office.
