Personal Details: by submitting a booking (online form / direct with organisers) you understand your details may be shared with all event organisers and HAC staff.
Contacts: please contact the event's organiser listed in the first instance. For technical queries, contact the Communications Officer.
Organisers: it is the responsibility of event organisers to contact the HAC for each event. Contact the Events Team (sales@hac.org.uk) to secure a date, time and venue. Once confirmed, contact the Communications Officer for publicity and ticket options, or to update details on this calendar.
